I had the turkey blt and it was extremely good. Everything tasted fresh and the homemade focaccia bread is amazing. Very convenient for being in a gas station if you want a quick meal that’s delicious, healthy, and fresh.

I have found my new spot to get authentic Cuban coffee from and will definitely return to this place. I previously used to work in the Miami area and elsewhere but every morning we started our morning with the famous Cuban coffee and delicious pastries from the local shop and after the medical procedures and my disability I have been relaxing and enjoying more time to search for the perfect coffee and the effe cafe on stirling Road in Cooper City has opened my eyes to this Great Memory of Awesome True Cuban Coffee. EFFE Cafe may be tucked inside a gas station in Cooper City, but don’t make the mistake of underestimating it. The moment you walk in, you’re transported into the atmosphere of a charming Italian café — intimate, welcoming, and surprisingly elevated. What made the experience even better was the hospitality. Patty was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the café feel warm and inviting from the start. That level of genuine service adds so much to the overall experience. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, a BLT on a buttery brioche bun, and their strawberries & cream Manizotti, and every single item exceeded expectations. The flavors were layered, balanced, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The crab cake was rich and perfectly seasoned, the BLT tasted gourmet rather than ordinary, and the Manizotti was indulgent without being overly sweet. What impressed me most was how refined everything felt. This isn’t just “good food for a gas station” — this is genuinely high-end café cuisine that could easily compete with established brunch spots and specialty cafés. EFFE Cafe may be new, but it already feels like a hidden gem destined for a loyal following. I’ll absolutely

Very! Very!! Disappointing!!! I came to check it out because of the 5 stars ⭐️ reviews but I don’t know who is reviewing this place because it doesn’t deserve 5 star yet! I noticed that most reviews were based on their pastries 🥐 and yes!! I’m agreeing with those reviews because the pastries were delicious 😋 unfortunately they are a coffee shop and they are not serving good coffee. My wife ice coffee was just ice and water xx barely coffee in it and my latte was just milk :(. I didn’t taste the coffee in my latte. I know coffee is more expensive now cuz of the tariffs but you are charging about $4 dollars plus tax for one cup of “coffee “ that tastes like hot 🥛 hot milk!! Very disappointing, doesn’t deserve the five stars for the coffee but “yes” five stars for the pastries only. Please put more coffee in your drinks that way you can actually say that you are selling coffee.

Great foods with a great price Love how they will have different specials going on. Their croissant and sourdough were my favorite items there. They have great focaccia too. Their coffee was great. Would definitely come back again
